I had my bunion surgery yesterday with Dr. Pollard on both feet. The whole experience was easy, and affordable . Dr. Pollard professionally, and thoroughly explained the whole process. The actual surgery was painless. I arrived at my check in time of 10:30am @ the Lincoln Center.The RN/Dr’s team prepped me for surgery and gave me anesthesia. I woke up at 1:40pm back in the post op room and didn’t remember the surgery and had no pain. I have struggled my whole adult life with ugly painful bunions and had been putting off the surgery for years because I was scared of the pain and didn’t want to deal with the process. I would recommend Dr.Pollard and the whole team at Castle Rock Foot and Ankle Care to anyone trying to get rid of bunions and the pain they cause.

In January, I noticed after removing some old nail polish that I had a dark spot on my big toenail, right next to the nail bed. I’ve had an issue with fungus on that nail in that spot before, so I started some at home treatment with a product I bought on Amazon. It appeared to be working, until I got a HORRIBLE rash on the top of toe. It was so bad, I ended up going to urgent care. I immediately stopped the at home treatment (this happened in April-ish) and looked for other options. I read some great reviews for laser treatment, and decided to try it out. Dr. Pollard was so kind and non-judgmental. I went through the laser treatment (which, by the way, is so easy, completely painless, and has no side effects). It’s now November, and my toenail finally is almost normal looking again. It takes such a long time for a toenail to grow out! It was 100% worth the cost, and I would absolutely recommend trying it if you are struggling with toenail fungus.

Hi Friends, I went to see Dr. Pollard for the first time with concerns about my ankle pain. I received X-rays immediately, and two shots in my ankle for pain. I was overcompensating, because I need a knee replacement. She was kind, funny, and very personable… and was genuinely interested in getting to know more about me! Wow, a very refreshing and enjoyable experience! She also was coaching me and trying to distract me with the pain that happens from the shots. I really appreciated that, as well! Haha! I really was impressed with Dr. Pollard and the whole staff! Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. I also noticed while I was signing my new patient paperwork that everyone that came for appointments went back right away when they checked in. No body waited more than a few moments! 🙂 P.S. I admit I’m a little fearful of needles. Dr Smith told me he would have to use a needle to deaden my big toe so he could remove the very painful Ingrown Toenail that I had caused myself from improper clipping and trimming. The very best! With one exception…my appt. Which I had made 10 days before, was not in the books. Only option was to re-schedule 4 days later. Fortunately, shortly after I left the office, someone cancelled and I was able to be seen within the hour. My concern: while sitting in waiting room 2nd time, another patient came in, said he had an appt. And IT wasn’t in the book. There seems to be something wrong with your scheduling system.

Castle Rock Foot and Ankle were able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon so that I didn’t have to worry all weekend about a possible infection. Dr Scott Carrington was nothing short of spectacular. His bedside manner was thoughtful, caring and professional. Shea, his nurse, was fantastic as well. As a matter of fact even the front desk ladies were so wonderfully polite, we won’t trust our families feet with anyone else. My wife went in for a minor surgery that turned into fusion and hardware. We were told from the beginning it could happen. No surprises. I highly recommend Castlerock foot and ankle care.

Dr. Carrington and the staff at Castle Rock Foot & Ankle Care were fantastic! Medical assistant was kind, prompt, and undoubtedly skilled in what they do. My appointment started in a great way due to their proficiency! Dr. Carrington exhibited phenomenal bedside manner as he was willing to listen, answer questions, and provide meaningful input regarding my diagnosis and prognosis; yet, I felt like I was in control of my appointment (in only a good way). Overall, he was exceptionally kind, caring, and confident. Front office staff was phenomenal as well. They took the time to explain how pricing and insurance would work throughout my process and were as cordial as can be.

Dr Stone is very thorough and informative and caring . He was spot on in treating my broken ankle . I casually mentioned a slightly sore calf , thinking it was just a sore muscle . I was in so much pain from my big toe putting pressure on my second toe that I didn’t know if I could stand for Dr. Herzog to even touch my toes. She trimmed the corn off my second toe and put me on an antibiotic and 24 hours later I have no pain. And, I felt no pain while she was working on me. She’s great!

As usual, a great experience. My only criticism is that the address I was given didn’t say that the office was in the hospital grounds . I drove around for over 40 minute trying to locate the office . Plus when I rang to try and confirm where the office was all I got was an automated answering machine .
