I had a 0930 appt. I showed up at 0917 in order to complete the required paperwork. I sat in the waiting room until 1007. I can understand a short delay but I also have other commitments to deal with. This long of a delay is not professional and impacts my day GREATLY

Met with Dr Cramer re an ankle issue. I recently saw an "MD Ankle and foot specialist " and felt like I was misdiagnosed and I wanted a second opinion. Dr Cramer quickly diagnosed the issue and outlined a course of action. Great care with friendly people.

Dr Herzog is extremely concerned about each and every patient. She has developed an entire staff around care for their patients. Everyone in their office has this philosophy. I recommend Dr Herzog so much. She has given me back my ability to remain an active life.

Absolutely love the care I have received from Dr Pollard. I live 2 hours away and I would do commute no matter what. The office personnel are fantastic. Never dread going to my appointments.
